Electricity, electricity, electricity
The hub of a modern society
Invisible, inbuilt, but there
Lights are on everywhere
Electricity, electricity, electricity
Convenience with efficiency
I don't want to see where it's made
Just you don't put me in shade
Electricity, electricity, electricity
Service or a commodity?
Am I a customer, household or mode?
Or do you simply see me as load?
Electricity, electricity, electricity
Beware, a polluting utility!
I want the world to be clean
Please colour my electrons green
