The executive council of the Association of Municipal Electricity Utilities of Southern Africa (AMEU) has extended a call for papers for the 2023 AMEU Convention.
The 69th AMEU Convention will be hosted by City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality from 1 to 4 October, 2023, at the CSIR International Convention Centre, Tshwane.
The theme for this year's Convention is:
Confronting South Africa's electricity crisis in the context of a balanced just energy transition (BJET) and the need for a reliable and resilient national electricity grid.
Those interested in presenting papers or case studies at the Convention are requested to submit their abstracts of no more than 200 words to the AMEU Secretariat online by no later than 28 April 2023.
